Toyopearl AF-rProtein
A-650F resin uses a new recombinant protein A ligand which has good
dynamic binding capacity and base stability. It also is engineered
to maintain its capacity even at low residence times.
The new TSKgel
SP-3PW (30) resin has improved dynamic binding capacity, selectivity,
and resolution for insulin.
In our expanded
ion exchange section you will find more information on oligonucleotide
purification using our TSKgel SuperQ-5PW and Toyopearl SuperQ-650
resins. TSKgel SuperQ-5PW (20) resin has become the industry standard
for doing the tough separation of the “n-1” and “n+1”
impurities from the target oligonucleotide.
