Eyecon™

The Eyecon™ particle characteriser has been developed specifically to provide real-time size, shape and morphology information for pharmaceutical processes.  Eyecon™ supports the reduction of lead/cycle times and increases process understanding for granulation, milling, and spheronisation operations.

MultiEye™

MultiEye™ is a multi-point near infrared spectrophotometer designed for real-time in-line process monitoring. Using multiple single-point probes placed in different positions within a roller-compactor, blender or granulator, MultiEye™ provides a live view of ribbon density, blend homogeneity or moisture content to assist in detecting process deviations and end points.
Unique instrument features include:
  • Multi-point NIR monitoring
  • Can be configured to measure only relevant wavelengths (fast mode)
  • Reduce data and faster analysis times
